Membership is open to any business, individual, or organization that is interested in the Dallas / Fort Worth Limousine industry. There are several ways to become a member:

Contact any board member directly and request a membership application to be mailed or faxed to you.

When are meetings held?
General meetings are held at least once every three months, beginning in January of each year. Additional meetings may be scheduled if necessary. General meetings
are open to anyone that has an interest in the Dallas / Fort Worth Limousine industry.
How will I be notified of these meetings?
The DFWLA uses a variety of methods to make sure that all members and the general public knows of upcoming meetings. Such methods include:
DFWLA Website - The next upcoming meeting time, date, and location is always posted on the front page of the DFWLA website at http://www.dfwlimo.org
E-Mail Notification - All members of the DFWLA automatically receive emails from the Association announcing the next upcoming meeting. Emails are
usually sent out 10 to 14 days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
Fax Notification - If requested, a member can receive a fax notification of upcoming meetings one week prior to the scheduled meeting
Events Calendar - An events calendar is available for anyone to see on the DFWLA website that lists all upcoming meeting times, dates, and locations.
Phone Notification - On occasion a representative from the DFWLA will call all members and let them know of any upcoming meetings or meeting changes.
What if I have a complaint against another member?
On occaision the DFWLA will do everything in its power to resolve disputes or complaints within its members or from the general public toward a member company. To file a complaint
you can click on the "Complaints" option from the DFWLA website or email your complaint directly to the association at info@dfwlimo.org. Please make sure to include your name
and contact information, the name of the company you are filing the complaint against, and a complete description of the issue to be resolved.
What is the cost of annual membership?
There are four levels of DFWLA membership, each with it's own membership fee. Please refer to the table below for specific pricing information.
Limousine Operator - $150.00 - This membership level is open only to companies or individuals that own or operate a limousine service in the DFW market
Affiliate Member - $150.00 - This membership level is open to any company that is directly involved in or utilizes the DFW livery industry such as Destinatin Management Companies (DMC's), Meeting Planning organizations, and other
area industry associations such as the Hotel and Restaurant associations
Vendor Member - $250.00 - This membership level is open to any business or individual that sells product or services to the DFW livery market
Guest Member - FREE - This membership level is open to anyone that wishes to attend meetings and receive information updates from the DFWLA. Guest Members cannot attend Members Only functions
such as training seminars and are not eligible to vote.
